I purchased a steamer butcher block in cherry; it perfectly matches the rest of my cabinetry and is the crowning addition to our kitchen remodel. The staff is completely knowledgeable and make every effort to help you! I have also bought several counter-top chopping blocks for gifts over the years. They are true craftsmen/women who create top quality products. If you look closely, you are apt to find Boos blocks on many of the shows on The Food Network and The Cooking Channel!
