  Had to make three different trips to Effingham which was 50 miles away. To exchange damaged building material. employees were very courteous. Menards needs to observe better shipping procedures and handling procedures

  I can't believe they let a very disrespectful woman around customers or drivers delivering. I got the worst attitude and look from this lady. I was having a rough Tim seeing the lines through all the ice on the dock and Sun in my mirrors. Her comment well is that idiot driver ever going to back into the door. No one answered her. They knew I was standing right there and she didn't even look at me. Then I go inside to see if they needed me to do anything else and she gives me this attitude like she is better than me. Well little does she know. I am a disabled veteran with a purple heart. Way to go menards for letting people like her work for you.
